CrossFit Beginner Foundations Classes

(year-round members only)

Beginner Foundations classes run on a monthly cycle, starting the first Tuesday of each month. Each class teaches the basic elements and movements of CrossFit to properly prepare you to enter regularly scheduled classes/WODs. All 8 classes are required before signing up for regular classes. If you’re interested in getting started but cannot make these class times, private Foundations classes can be scheduled for an additional fee.
