Spring Break Schedule:
Monday: 6am, 9am, noon, 4:30pm
Tuesday: 9am and noon
Wednesday: 6am, 9am, noon, 4:30pm
Thursday: 9am and noon
Friday: 6am, 9am, noon, 4:30pm
Saturday: 9:15am

WOD:
Option 1:
A. Front Squats x 3

B. "The Admiral"
3 Rounds 
20 Burpee Pull-Ups
20 Front Squats (115/85)
20 Box Jumps

*20 min time cap*
*rx +1 : 155/105

Option 2:
6 Rounds
20 Plank Knees2Elbows
20 Ring Rows
20 Air Squats
20 Reverse Lunges
20 Alternating V-Ups (l/r=1)
