Thanksgiving Schedule:
Wednesday: 6am, 9am, and noon - no evening classes
Thursday: 10:00am MURPH
Friday: 10:00am class only
Saturday: Regular Schedule (9:15am)

WOD:
Option 1:
A. Front Squat x 5

B. 7 Rounds (15 min cap)
7 Double DB Front Squat
7 Chest2Bar Pull-Ups
7 DBL DB Push Press
7 Toes2Bar

Option 2:
30 min AMRAP
15 Ring Rows
100' Prowler Push
15 V-Ups
50 Seated Banded Pulls
15/12 Calorie Row
