Thanksgiving Schedule:
Wednesday: 6am, 9am, and noon - no evening classes
Thursday: 10:00am MURPH
Friday: 10:00am class only
Saturday: Regular Schedule (9:15am)

WOD:
Option 1:
Teams of 3
25 min AMRAP

Buy-In: 800m MB Run
*mod to bodyweight run*

Max Unbroken Wallballs

every break, complete:
10 toes2bar
200m MB Run

*switch once someone breaks*
*each teammate has a mb*
*mod to runs without mb*

Option 2:
5 Rounds
1:00 Bike
1:00 Air Chair
1:00 DB Bench (35's/25's)
rest 2 mins
