Monday 10/10 we have a 9am, 12pm, and 4:30pm class only. 

WOD:
Option 1:
For time (38 min cap)
1 mile Row (1600m)
100 Push-Ups
1 mile Run
100 Thrusters (45/35)
1 mile Row

Option 2:
30 min AMRAP
20/15 Calorie Bike
20 Shuttle Runs
20 Arnold's Press (25/15)
20 DB Sit-Ups 
20 DB Reverse Lunges
