WOD:
Option 1:
3000m Row
300 Double-Unders
3 mile Run

Athletes should cap 3,000 Meter Row at 15:00 and 300 Double Unders at the 20:00 mark.
Reduce meters/reps/miles as needed

Option 2:
3 Rounds 
50/35 Calorie Bike
100 Anchored Sit-Ups
200m Empty Prowler Push
100 Kneeling Ski Ergs
