A. Overhead Squat x 1

B. 75 Overhead Squats (95/65)
Every 3:00, starting at 0:00
400m Run

Option 2:
A. 10 - 1 
Box Squats (no fails)
build across sets to end on a heavy single
*use first 3 sets as warm-up*

B. 15 min AMRAP
200m Run
15 Plate Ground2Overhead
10 Plate Bicep curls
5 Plate Tricep Extension
