A. Front Squats x 3
B. 5 x 3min AMRAP
3 Burpee Pull-Ups
6 Box Jump Overs
9 Wallballs
*rest 1 min between amraps*

Option 2:
A. Box Squats (back rack) x 3
B 5 x 3min AMRAP
6 KB Swings (53/35)
6 Step Overs
6 Single DB Thrusters (35/25, 6 total)
*rest 1 min between amraps*
