Option 1:
For Time: (25 min time cap)
50 Power Cleans (155/105)
300 Double-Unders
1 mile run

*modify weight to something heavy that you could do 3 unbroken reps at when fresh*

Option 2:
20 min AMRAP
50 Hang Power Cleans (45/35)
100 Alternating Plate Hops
50 B.W. Bridges
100 Russian Twists
