February Break Schedule:
Wednesday and Friday: Regular Schedule
Thursday: 6am, 9am, noon, and 5:30pm

WOD:
Option 1:
A. Overhead Squats x 10

B. AMRAP 2-2-2-3
2 Rope Climbs 
10/7 Calorie Bike
Max Overhead Squats (75/55)
*rest 1 min between amraps*

Option 2:
20 min AMRAP
20 Air Squats
20 OH Pull Aparts (video)
20 Seated Ring Chin-Ups
200m Run
