Max Meter Bike (Legs only)

Option 2:
Every 2:00 x 10 
Alternate 6 strict Pull-ups/8 Knee2Elbows 

in remaining time
Box Step Ups (first 5 rounds)
Elevated Split Stance Hold (last 5 rounds)

*round 1: 6 strict Pull-ups/max Box Step Ups
round 2: 8 Knee2Chest/max Box Step Ups
at round 6 switch from box step ups to elevated split stance hold (video)
