8 KB Swings (70/53)

*mod to bar mu's or ring dips*
*1 full round = 2 rounds of "Nate" + 200m Run*

Option 2:
20 min AMRAP
2 Rounds of:
6 Ring Rows
4 H.R, Push-Ups
8 KB Swings
+
200m Run
