Option 1:
A. Front Squats
6 sets of 2 

B. 12 min AMRAP
3 DB Front Squats
3 C2B Pull-Ups
3 Box Jump Overs
6 DB Front Squats
6 C2B Pull-Ups
6 Box Jump Overs
9/9/9, 12/12/12...keep adding 3 reps


Option 2:
6 Rounds
20 Ring Rows
20 Lateral Step Overs
20 Split Stance Pulses 
20 Russian Twists (L/R=1)
