Option 1:
A. Barbell Thruster
Every 2:00 x 5 sets

10-8-6-4-2
Barbell Thursters

B. For Time
30 DB Thrusters (50's/35's)
50/35 Calorie Bike
150 Double-Unders

Option 2:
5 Rounds
200m Run
20 Plate Reverse Lunges 
50 second Banded Air Chair
40 Russian Twists

*pick your poison with plate - use rotation in torso while reverse lunging
