3 Push Jerks...
at 10 min, until 18 mins
Build to a heavy 1 rep Push Jerk

Option 2:
20 min AMRAP
20 Landmine Rotational Press (video)
20 Rotating Back Extension 
200m Run
20 Alternating V-Ups
20 Plate Bow Squats
