Option 1:
3 Rounds
30 Single Arm DB Push Press
20 DB Reverse Lunges
10 Burpees
*rest 2 mins*
3 Rounds
8 Single DB Thrusters (left)
40 Hops
8 Single DB Thrusters (right)
40 Hops

Option 2: (Can be done at home or school!)

4 Big Rounds of:

1:00 Side Plank (30 sec each side)
2:00 Air Chair
*2 rounds*
20 second Hollow Hold
20 Flutter Kicks
12 Hollow Rocks
12 Sit-ups
