The gym will be closed Veterans Day (11th), Friday (12th) and Saturday (13th) 
The gym will be getting a fresh coat of paint and  we need the extras days to move equipment and "Air" it out after

We will run 1 class Thursday, 11/11, at the Tisbury playground. 
Meet at the little basketball court at 8:30am for fun "out of the box" partner wod

WOD:
Option 1:
8 min AMRAP
Bike Calorie
*rest 2 mins*
8 min AMRAP
1 Rope Climb
10 Double-Unders
1 Rope Climb
20 Double-Unders
1 Rope Climb
30 Double-Unders
*keep adding 10 DU reps*
*rest 2 mins*
In an 8 min window
Build to a 5 rep Max Deadlift

Option 2:
GOAT
EMOM X 25
pick 3-5 movements and cycle 
through every minute on the minute for 25 mins
