Our new beginner cycle starts Thursday at 6:30pm 
and runs every Monday and Thursday at 6:30pm for the rest of the month. 

WOD:
Option 1:
5 rounds
30 Double-Unders
10 Overhead Squats (95/65)

1 round
30 Overhead Squats (95/65)
100 Double-Unders

Option 2:
3 Rounds
20 Single DB OH Reverse Lunges
50 Hops
-directly into-
3 Rounds
20 sec Hanging Tuck Hold
50 sec Air Chair (video)
-directly into-
3 Rounds
20 Single DB OH Reverse Lunges
50 Hops
