WOD:

Option 1:
A. Every 90 seconds x 8
1 Squat Clean
*use first 3 lifts as warm-up*
*increase load every round*

B. "Elizabeth"
21 - 15 - 9
Squat Cleans (135/95)
Ring Dips

*mod to jumping dips or deficit push-ups*

Option 2:
20 min AMRAP
12 DBL DB Bench Press
6 DBL DB Squat Lunges (1 squat lunge + 1 reverse lunge on each leg = 1 rep)
24/18 Calorie Bike
