Option 1:
"31 Heroes"
Teams of 2
31 min AMRAP
8 Thrusters (115/85)
6 Rope Climbs
11 Box Jumps (30/24)
Partner 1: workos on amrap
Partner 2 : Runs 400m (rx +1 w/sandbag)
*switch once runner returns and take over in amrap wherever partner was*

Option 2:
24 min AMRAP
16 MB Sit-Ups
16 MB Squats
16 MB Knee Ups (hanging from bar, cinch mb between feet)
16 MB Step-Ups
16/12 Calorie Bike
