Starting Next week, we will have a 7:15am class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!

Our teen class has moved to Monday and Thursday at 6:30pm

WOD:

Option 1:
15 min AMRAP
30 Double-Unders
15/12 Calorie Row
10 Wallballs
30 Double-Unders
15/12 Calorie Row
20 Wallballs
30 Double-Unders
15/12 Calorie Row
30 Wallballs
...keep adding 10 wallballs

Option 2:
10 - 20 - 30 - 40 - 50 
Bent over Barbell Row
Push Press
Back Squat
*75 Double Foot Hops after each round*
rx: 45/35, rx+1: 75/55
