400m Run
12 Toes2Bar

Option 2:
EMOM x 24
1st min: Air Chair
2nd min: Wall Facing Split Stance 
3rd min: Battle Ropes (on slants)
4th min: 12 Alternating V-Ups + Max Russian Twists
