Our new beginner cycle starts this Thursday at 6:45pm and runs
every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:45pm for 4 weeks. Email crossfitmv@gmail.com
to get in.

Tuesday and Thursday we now have a 7:15am class.

We have open gym Monday-Thursday from 4:15-7:45pm, Friday 4:15-6:30pm,
and Tuesday&Thursday from 9:45-10:45am. 

WOD:

Option 1:
A. EMOM x 10
1 Clean & Jerk

min 1-5 warm-up sets
min 6-10 working sets

rest 3 mins then directly into
B. 50 Clean & Jerks (135/95)
emom starting at 0:00 20 Double-Unders

Option 2:
Every 4:00 x 5
50 Double-Unders (100 SU's)
300/250m Row
30 Ankle Touches
10 Alternating V-Ups
30 Russian Twists
