Option 1:
50 Toes2Bar
15 Front Squats (from floor, 185/125)
*rest until 8 min*
40/30 Calorie Bike
30 Push-Ups
20 Deadlifts (185/125)
*rest until 16 min*
50 Jumping Lunges
30 Sit-Ups
40 Jumping Lunges
40 Sit-Ups
30 Jumping Lunges
50 Sit-Ups

Option 2:
"Deck of Cards"

With a partner, work through the full deck

Hearts: Single DB Reverse Lunges
Club: Side Crunch
Spade: DB Clean & Jerk (1 DB)
Diamond: Toes2Bar (V-Up)
Ace: 500/400m Row
Joker: 15 Burpees
