Option 1:
A. 10 mins to build to a heavy 
Hang Squat Clean (video)

B. For Time:
40 Burpee Box Jumps (Step Overs)
20 Handstand Push-Ups (DB Strict Press)
40 Overhead Squats (95/65)
20 Chest2Bar Pull-Ups (rx +1: Bar Muscle-Ups)

Option 2:
10 Rounds
9/6 Calorie Bike
6 DB Front Squats (50/35)
9 DB Bench Press
