Option 1:
A. Split Jerk (VIDEO)

5 Single DB Power Clean (left)
5 Single DB Strict Press (left)
5 Single DB Split Squat (left)
5 Single DB Power Clean (right)
5 Single DB Strict Press (right)
5 Single DB Split Squats (right)
*every 3:00 (starting at 0:00) 40 Alternating Plate Hops*
