Reminder: We have open gym times Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday AND Thursday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm! 

Need to clean up your diet? Me too?! Join me and a crew for the a weekly elimination challenge! 
1st week - no white flour
2nd week - no flour, no sugar
3rd week - no flour, no sugar, no dairy
4th week - stay with it!! (bonus: no alcohol)

WOD:

Option 1:
A. Back Squats
5 @ 65-70%
3 @ 75-80%
1 @ 85-90%
6 @ 78-80%
6 @ 78-80%
6 @ 78-80%

B. For time:
30 Hang Power Snatches (95/65)
600m Run
30 Toes2Bar

Option 2:
6 Rounds
20 KB Swings (53/35)
15 Goblet Squats
10 Single Leg Lift Overs 
200m Run
