WOD:

Option 1:
A. Back Squat
5 @ 65-70%
3 @ 75-80%
1 @ 85%

*take 3-4 sets to warm up to first set, rest 2 mins between working sets*

B. 3 Rounds
200m Run
 5 Burpee Box Jumps
10 Pull-Ups
15 Wallballs
15/10 Calorie Bike

Option 2:
5 Rounds 
15 Banded Leg Extension (each)
25 Hamstring Curls 
40 Second Wall Sit
200m Run
