Option 1:
Teams of 2
2 Rounds 
500/400m Row 
30 Power Snatches (95/65)
30/20 Calorie Bike
30 Toes2Bar
400m Run
30 Thrusters 
*one person working at a time*
*all reps, meters, cals etc split*

Option 2:
7 Rounds
1 min Strict Pull-Ups
1 min Push-Ups
1 min Wallballs (sub is bear hug Medball squats..not sit-ups)
1 min Rest
