Every 2:00 x 5

1 @ 85%
3 @ 85% (no tempo)

B. For Time:
750/600m Row
15 Burpee Chin-Ups
500/400 m Row
10 Burpee Chin-Ups
250/200m Row
5 Burpee Chin-Ups

Option 2:
5 Rounds
15 Wallballs
30 Banded Ski Ergs
30 Banded Psoas March (video)(total)
15 Bodyweight Elevated Split Squats (each)
