WOD:
Option 1:
EMOM x 20
1st min: 60 sec Calorie Bike
2nd min: 10-12 Toes2Bar (K2E, V-Up)
3rd min: 60 sec Calorie Row
4th min: 15 Double-Unders + 8 Burpees (to 6" target)

Option 2:
4 rounds
40 Plate Scissor Kicks 
20 Straight Arm Plate Sit-Ups (35/25)
40 Plate Hops
20 Plate Calf Raises
40 Banded Good Mornings 
20 Banded Fire Hydrant (video)
