Option 1:
A. EMOM x 4
1 Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
right into
Every 2:00 x 3
1 Snatch + 1 OHS
*build every set*

B. 15 min AMRAP
20 DB Walking Lunges (50's/35's)
10 C2B Pull-Ups (COB)
3 WallWalks (45 plank shoulder taps)

Option 2:
EMOM x 28 (7 sets)
1st min: 45 second Calorie Row
2nd min: 45 second Calorie Bike
3rd min: 45 second Plank
4th min: Max Anchored Sit-Ups
