WOD:

Option 1:
Every 4:00 x 6
12 DB Snatch (50/35)
12 Burpees
12 Shuttle Sprints

Option 2:
20 min AMRAP
4 Renegade Rows (pick your poison)
4 MB Abmat Sit-Ups (14/10)
4 Calorie Row (Men start at 6)
*add 2 reps every round*
*6/6/6, 8/8/8, 10/10/10..
