Holiday Schedule:
12/31: 5am, 6:15am, 8:45am, 12:00 (closed after the noon class)
1/1: 8:45am and noon class only 
1/2 : Regular Schedule

WOD:
Option 1:
5 Rounds
15 Slamballs (30/20)
20 Reverse Lunges
15/20 Calorie Bike (F/M)

Option 2:
20 min AMRAP
6 Morning Lunges (45/35)
12 Psoas Marches (each side)
24 Plate Ground2Overhead (25/15)

1 Morning Lunge = 1 good morning + 2 Reverse Lunges
