100 Double-Unders (175 SU's)
50/35 Calorie Bike
100 Double-Unders
1500/1200m Row

Option 2:
20 min AMRAP
10 Single Arm Devils Press (50/35)
20 Single Arm DB Rows (on bench *video*)
30 Sit-Ups
40 Double-Unders (40 with practice rope)
