WOD:
Option 1:
A. Every :90 x 7
1 Hang Power Snatch
1 Overhead Squat
1 Hang Squat Snatch

B. 15 min AMRAP
60 Double-Unders (80 SU's)
20 Toes2Bar
10 Hang Squat Snatches 

rx: 105/75, rx + 1: 135/95, modify to 70-75% of A

Option 2:
4 Rounds
10 Monster Walks 
15 Banded Squats
50 Single Unders (35 DU's)
20 Plate Ground2OH (35/25)
25 Plate Straight Arm Sit-Ups
50 SIngle-Unders
