Max Calorie Bike

Station 1: Bike
Station 2: 30 Sit-Ups + 200' Farmer's Carry(70/50)

Rotate Stations when teammate finishes Station 2

If it's raining, sub 1 min Farmer's Hold

Option 2:
Goat work
EMOM x 20
pick 2-4 movements and cycle through
