Veteran's Day will be a regular scheduled day
Be sure to sign up, a few class times have changed!
 Class time is now 45 mins (to allow for cleaning) 
 So show up ready to MOVE

WOD:
Option 1:
A. Push Press x 3 
12 mins to build to a challenging set of 3 reps

B. For Time (18 min cap)
21 Push Press (115/85)
5 Rounds of "Cindy" 
15 Push Press
3 Rounds of "Cindy"
9 Push Press
1 Round of "Cindy"

Cindy: 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats

Option 2:
2 Rounds
25 Ring Rows
50 Mt Climbers
25 /18 Calorie Row
25 Push-Ups
50 Air Squats
25/18 Calorie Row
