1 Power Clean
2 Front Squats
3 Push Jerks

B. For Time (15 min cap)
10 Power Cleans
50 Air Squats
10 Front Squats
50 Air Squats
10 Push Jerks
50 Air Squats
10 Clusters (squat clean into a thruster)

rx: 135/95 ,rx+1: 155/105, modify to 65-75% of A

Option 2:
3 Rounds
40 KB Swings
20/15 Calorie Bike
40 Goblet Squats
20/15 Calorie Bike
400m Run
