CrossFit Total
Sum of the best of these 3 lifts:
Back Squat
Strict Press
Deadlift
*3 attempts at each lift*

Option 2:
3 Rounds
100' Walking Lunge
20 Slamballs
100' Walking Lunge
20 SB Squats
