*weight increases every 6 rounds (2x each)*
*75/55,95/65,105/75,115/85,amrap 135/95*
*45/35, 65/45, 75/55, 95/65, amrap 105/75*

Option 2:
GOAT 
EMOM x 20
pick 2-4 movements and rotate
