6 Strict Press (build in weight)

Option 2:
18 min AMRAP
20 Bench Press (75/55)(45/35)
40 Barbell Scissor Kicks
20/15 Calorie Row
20 Bent over Rows (75/55)(45/35)
40 second Bench Superman
20/15 Calorie Row
