Couple Announcements:

We will be closed all day Monday, 11/2/20 in order to prep gym for moving inside.

Inside classes will be capped at 9 people and we will continue to have an outside space available for those who want to enjoy the crisp November air.

More details to come!

WOD:
Option 1:
A. Power Clean & Jerk
*work to a heavy single*

B. 3 Rounds
50 Air Squats
10 Clean & Jerks (135/95)(or 65-70% of A)

Option 2:
A. Strict Press 7 x 3
*use 75-80% of your 1RM for all 7 sets*

B. 12 min AMRAP
14 Slamballs (30/20)
20 Medball Straight Arm Sit-Ups (14/10)
24 Slamball Reverse Lunges (30/20)
