Our Saturday WOD times will now be 7:15am and 9:15am.

All members and drop-ins are required to sign-up for class.

Please check the WODTogether site to sign up for one of our outside classes or to find a payment plan.

The Monday and Wednesday 3pm class will be a teen class. Adults are still welcome to come but the focus will be on the teens.

WOD:
Option 1:
3 min AMRAP x 5 with 1 min rest between rounds
10 Single Arm DB Clean (70/50)
20 Double-Unders
10 Single Arm DB Reverse Lunge (front rack)
20 Double-Unders

Option 2:
3 min AMRAP
Max Calorie Bike
rest 1 min
3 min AMRAP
SandBag Curtis P's
(power clean, lunge on each side, push press)
rest 1 min
3 min AMRAP
Max Rope Climbs
rest 1 mins
3 min AMRAP
Max Prowler Push
1 min
3 min AMRAP
Max Double-Unders (mod to use wiffle ropes)
