Our Saturday WOD times will now be 7:15am and 9:15am.

All members and drop-ins are required to sign-up for class.

Please check the WODTogether site to sign up for one of our outside classes or to find a payment plan.

The Monday and Wednesday 3pm class will be a teen class. Adults are still welcome to come but the focus will be on the teens.

WOD:
Option 1:
3 Rounds
25 Overhead Squats (75/55)
15 C2B Pull-Ups 
25/18 Calorie Row
15 Box Jump Overs

Option 2:
5 Rounds (each side)
5 Single Arm DB Front Squat (50/35)(35/25)
7 Single Arm DB Deadlift (video)
20 DB Hop Overs
5 Single Arm DB Push Press
7 Single Arm DB OH Reverse Lunge 
20 DB Hop Overs
