WOD:
Option 1:
Teams of 3
205/150 calorie Bike (switch every 15/10 cals)
3000 meter Run (completed in 200m relays)
3750/3000 meter Row (switch every 250/200m)

Option 2:
3 Rounds
5 Strict Handstand Push-ups (3 Wall Walks or 7 push-up negatives)
5 Strict Pull-Ups 
10 DBL DB Strict Press
10 Single Arm Bent over Row (each)
70/50 Calorie Bike
3 Rounds
5 Strict HSPU
5 Strict Pull-Ups
10 DBL DB Strict Press
10 Single Arm Bent over Row
