All members are required to sign-up for a class.

Please check the WODTogether site to sign up for one of our outside classes or to find a payment plan.

We can fit 8 people under the tent. This means the cap for class is 8 (which is only enforced on rain days) but we will take 11 on dry days aka the 1st THREE on the waitlist!

WOD:
Option 1:
A. Overhead Squat
work up to a heavy single

B. 2 Rounds
25 Overhead Squats (115/85)
45/30 Calorie Bike

Option 2:
A. 5 Sets
Pause Front Squat + Front Squat
*1st set pause 10 seconds, 2nd set pause 8 seconds..keep decreasing pause by 2 seconds while trying to add load*

B. 2 Rounds
25 DB Thrusters (35/25)
50/35 Calorie Row
