All members are required to sign-up for a class.

Please check the WODTogether site to sign up for one of our outside classes or to find a payment plan.

We can fit 8 people under the tent. This means the cap for class is 8 (which is only enforced on rain days) but we will take 11 on dry days aka the 1st THREE on the waitlist!

WOD:
Option 1:
Buy-in: 1 mile Run
21-15-9
Deadlifts (225/155)
Box Jump Overs
Toes2Bar
Buy-out: 1 mile Run

Option 2:
16 min AMRAP
4 Calorie Bike, 8 Bench Leg Lifts (video)
6 Cal Bike, 12 Bench Leg Lifts
8 Cal Bike, 16 Bench Leg Lifts
*keep adding 2 calories and 4 Leg Lifts(or double the cal amount)*
