Please check the WODTogether site to sign up for one of our outside classes or to find a payment plan.

We can now fit 8 people under the tent. This means the cap for class is 8 (which is only enforced on rain days) but we will take 11 on dry days aka the 1st THREE on the waitlist!

WOD:
Option 1:
18 min AMRAP
20 DB Snatches (50/35)
20/15 Calorie Bike
20 DB Box Step Ups (20/16)(1 DB, 50/35)
20 Pull-Ups

Option 2:
18 min AMRAP
20 DB Single Arm Jerk (50/35)
20 DB Reverse Lunges
20 Plate Sit-Ups (15/10, regular abmat sit-up with plate)
200m Run
