Monthly membership is required to sign-up for a class.

Please check the WODTogether site to sign up for one of our outside classes. 

We can now fit 8 people under the tent. This means the cap for class is 8 (which is only enforced on rain days) BUT we will take 11 on dry days aka the 1st THREE on the waitlist!

WOD:
Option 1:
A. Find a 10 rep Thruster
*work up to a challenging set of 10 thrusters, clean from floor*

B. For time:
21 - 18 - 15 - 12 - 9
KB Swing (53/35)
Thrusters (75/55)

Option 2:
50 - 40 - 30 - 20 - 10
Hang Power Cleans (45/35)
25 - 20 - 15 - 10 - 5
Thrusters
15 - 12 - 9 - 6 - 3
Bar Facing Burpees
